Please join our Production Manager Brandon Shelby and Winery Ambassador Manager Crystal Ashley for a virtual tasting focused on what's happening in the cellar. Brandon will answer your questions about activities in the cellar, barrel aging various wines and finishing wines for bottling and release.
To explore the cellar, we have created a four-bottle collection that demonstrates the breadth and depth of our winemaking. You're encouraged to try the wines as part of the virtual tasting, or simply learn more about the wines you'll enjoy later.

Take a walking tour of film sites seen in the final episode of Bravo's Top Chef Portland. A Winery Ambassador will be your guide while you enjoy wine and Top Chef-inspired small plate pairings, crafted by Winery Chef DJ MacIntyre, hosted at five stations.
At each stop, you'll learn about the pairings and hear behind-the-scenes stories from staff members who were on site during the filming. We'll display the chef's jacket, pictured above, signed by Host Padma Lakshmi, Head Judge Tom Colicchio and Judge Gail Simmons.
Reservations are $95 per person, or $85 for Owners and Club Members. Cost includes a $10 wine credit to use on your favorite bottle of wine of the evening and a welcome pour of our 2017 Bernau Estate Méthode Champenoise Brut. You may choose from a 6 pm or 7:30 pm start time for the experience, which is expected to last approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes.

We enjoyed hosting the finale of Bravo's Top Chef so much that we've created a special Top Chef-themed Pairings Wine Dinner to share with you. Join us for a four-course dinner in the Estate Tasting Room, where the final episode was filmed.
You'll dine on fresh ingredients that made guest appearances on the show, such as Dungeness crab, Tillamook cheddar cheese, mushrooms and halibut, all paired with our classic Oregon wines. Please see the menu below.
