Domaine Willamette
at Bernau Estate Vineyard in the Dundee Hills
Domaine Willamette is Oregon’s first sparkling wine facility that produces world-class méthode traditionnelle sparkling wines with an underground aging cellar at the biodynamically-farmed Bernau Estate Vineyard. The winery offers Oregon-inspired hospitality with wine and food pairings, stunning views, educational tours and beautiful gardens overlooking the Dundee Hills.
Walk-ins welcome! (Groups of 1-6)
We recommend making a reservation to ensure a wine flight and food pairing experience. Our patio is available on a first come first served basis and dogs are always welcome outdoors on a leash.
Outdoor services are limited to wine by the glass or bottle. We do not offer our full food pairings menu or wine flights outside. Wine by the glass or bottle can be ordered at one of our indoor bars and enjoyed out on the patio.
Please call if you are running late. Tables will not be held longer than 15 minutes after expected arrival.
Tasting Experience
Immerse yourself in wine country. Taking inspiration from the characteristics of our wines, Executive Winery Chef DJ MacIntyre has prepared a selection of Willamette Cuisine that pairs perfectly with our wines.
Wine Flights and Full Pairings Menu is available by reservation (Indoors Only). When reserving tables, please include all children and designated drivers in your party size to ensure the correct table size.
Reservations are required for groups of 7 plus. Please give us a call in the tasting room to finalize your reservation, and learn more about our large group policy. We look forward to speaking with you about our wine and food offerings.

Food Pairings
Taking inspiration from our wines characteristics and flavor profiles, our pairings menu has been thoughtfully created and prepared by award-winning Executive Winery Chef DJ MacIntyre and features fresh local ingredients to enjoy with our classic Oregon wines.
Wine Journey
This expansive tour & tasting of the winery is approximately 90 minutes and will give your party insight into sparkling winemaking and biodynamic farming on the property, as well as stories of how this property came to life.
Complete with a customized wine flight and a cheese plate, this experience will inspire appreciation of the land and how it informs the winemaking process.
Reservation for parties of 1 to 6. Cost per journey is $50 per person.
