Domaine Willamette is dedicated to producing the highest quality sparkling wines. Our Blanc de Blancs is crafted from estate-grown Chardonnay using méthode traditionnelle where the wine goes through secondary fermentation in this bottle.
On the Nose: Enjoy fine bubbles in the glass as aromas of golden apple, brioche bread, white peach and orange zest entice the nose.
On the Palate: Flavors of honeysuckle, white tea leaves, quince and candied lemon peel combine into a round, creamy palate with a lingering finish.
Food Pairing: This sparkling wine adds depth to both savory and spicy dishes. Pair with buttery lobster dishes, creamy pasta, chicken fricassée, fried chicken, baked brie or a shortbread cookie dessert.
Accolades:
90 points - James Suckling
"Dried lemon, sliced peaches and hints of toffee, honeycomb and freshly baked pastry. Medium-bodied with creamy mousse and tangy acidity. The finish is crisp, yet a little fluid. Drink now."

Bernau Estate Vineyard
Dundee Hills AVA
Named in honor of Founder Jim Bernau, Bernau Estate Vineyard is located in the Dundee Hills and the future home to our Méthode Champenoise sparkling wine facility, set to open in 2022. The vines at Bernau Estate Vineyard are farmed using biodynamic techniques, with plans to apply for a Demeter certification in 2022. Biodynamic farming uses sustainable, organic practices, including composting and the use of special preparations, to holistically promote the soil's long-term health.
The vineyard has a very gentle south west facing slope and mostly Woodburn soils, which are deep, nutrient rich and well drained soils. The original 15 acres of Pinot Noir was planted in 1994 and in 2019 we added 9 acres of Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
