Club Willamette

A monthly subscription-style club that's customizable for wine pick-ups from select locations.

Every Month
$49 monthly subscription

100% of your monthly subscription fee is added to your Club Credits and available for bottle purchases. Visit monthly and use your Club Credits to pick up the wine of the month or any other selection you choose. Customizable and flexible. Club Willamette Members have their own personal Club Willamette Ambassador at their selected location, ready to assist them with selections, pick-ups and reservations.

Club Willamette is available for in-person signup at Lake Oswego, Happy Valley, Vancouver Waterfront and Bend Tasting Room & Restaurant locations, as well as the Estate in the Salem Hills, Tualatin Estate Vineyard and Domaine Willamette.

Shipment Policy - We will notify you one week in advance of all upcoming shipments, allowing you to update your shipping and billing information. Due to federal law, an adult 21 years of age or older must be available to sign for the wine. At this time, we cannot ship this wine to the following states: IN, ME, MS, NH, NJ, RI, UT and WV. Limitations apply to: AL, DE, LA and WY.

Pick-up Policy - Wine Club selections are guaranteed for 30 days, but inventory is not guaranteed beyond that. If your wines are not picked up after three billing cycles, we will contact you to coordinate shipping or other arrangements unless other arrangements have been previously made.

Willamette offers many different Wine Clubs across the winery's nine locations; these tasting rooms can accommodate wine pickups only for Wine Clubs represented at their site. Pick-up options may vary depending on the location, including Domaine Willamette, Willamette Wineworks and Maison Bleue. Club Member benefits are eligible at all Willamette locations.

Termination - Willamette Valley Vineyards reserves the right to terminate your membership in the case of 3 or more failed monthly club billings/credit card declines and/or lack of communication or activity on the account, such as updating payment methods or accepting billing.

Cancellation Policy - Membership may be canceled at any time after receiving your first billing. We request 30 days' notice via phone, email or written notice in advance of the shipment. We cannot cancel your membership once monthly Club billing has begun. Club Willamette accounts with balances and no activity within 24 months will be closed and any balances forfeited. To cancel your membership, please call (503) 588- 9463 or email wineclub@wvv.com.

Refunds - Club Willamette balances cannot be refunded for cash once billed and reflected in your Club account. Following cancellation of your Club membership, the remaining balance will be accessible for wine purchases at any Willamette Valley Vineyards location for up to 24 months (2 years) from the cancellation date. Club Willamette accounts with balances and no activity within 24 months will be closed and any balances forfeited. Upon cancellation, individuals are no longer eligible to receive stated Club benefits regardless of the remaining Club Willamette balance.
