2024 Pinot Blanc

Sourced from a small planting at our Tualatin Estate Vineyard, the grape clusters are whole cluster pressed and aged in stainless steel and neutral oak barrels.

On the Nose: Straw in color, ripe aromas of peach blossoms, Asian pear and green apple give way to herbal notes of dried ginger and sweet basil.

On the Palate: The palate is fresh, dry and fruity with flavors of lemon peel, white peach, honeydew, and fresh apricots. The balanced flavor and acidity create a pleasant and refreshing mouthfeel.

Food Pairings: Serve with fresh summer flavors, including Thai basil chicken, peach and cucumber salad, clam linguini, soft cheeses or fruity desserts like pear galette
