2021 Frontiere Syrah

The name translates to "traveler." Legend says that when these French fur trappers first looked down from the Blue Mountains upon the fair fertile valley, they exclaimed, "voila, voila!" (behold, behold!) and were transfixed. This Walla Walla Valley Syrah blend features fruit from some of the most sought-after vineyards in the valley

With a brilliant purple hue, the wine abounds with aromas of blackberry, baked sugar and cinnamon. Flavors of blackberry torte, chocolate, pie crust and espresso shine on the palate. Round and generous fruit notes are balanced with natural tannins and soft barrel flavors. This wine pairs well with savory and spicy foods.
