2018 Domaine Willamette Brut Rosé:
This inaugural vintage is crafted using méthode traditionnelle and sourced from estate-grown Pinot Noir. The wine was aged for seven months in neutral barrel and stainless steel, then aged 23 months on its lees to develop added complexity before being disgorged.
2019 Elton Chardonnay:
Sourced from old vine plantings at our Elton Vineyard in the Eola-Amity Hills founded in 1983 by Dick and Betty O'Brien, a former schoolteacher and Executive Director of the Santiam Girl Scouts.
2019 Signature Cuvée Pinot Noir:
The Signature Cuvée is selected from the finest barrels sourced from our Estate, Elton and Tualatin Estate Vineyards. Ruby in color, it is a wonderfully complex wine that delivers fruit, earth and spice.
2019 Pambrun Cabernet Sauvignon:
Our Pambrun wines are inspired by the rich history of the Walla Walla Valley when Pierre and Kitty Pambrun operated the Nez Percés Trading Post for the Hudson's Bay Company in 1832 and Pierre became Walla Walla’s First Citizen, ushering in a time of peace and commerce in the Columbia Basin. Today, their fourth great-grandson Jim Bernau, inspired by his family’s heritage, has set out to grow and make elegant, terroir-driven wines from our estate and neighboring SeVein vineyards.
2019 Griffin Creek Tempranillo:
We have worked with winegrowers from the Moore family for over two decades, crafting the highest-quality wines from their Rogue Valley vineyards since 1996. This area is an emerging Oregon region with temperatures similar to France's Bordeaux or Rhône regions.
2022 Pinot Gris:
Our 2022 Pinot Gris is one of the first wines I made as Willamette's enologist and it has an interesting history. It was first produced by our winery in 1991 and our Pinot Gris cuttings came to Founder and CEO Jim Bernau due to David Lett's work in the North Willamette Valley at The Eyrie Vineyards. David was the one who first introduced Pinot Gris to the United States from France, so we are an extension of that introduction. Pinot Gris is one of Oregon's leading white wine varieties and pairs well with Oregon seafood dishes.
