A deep, ruby colored wine offering up vibrant notes of plum, blackberry jam, red currant, tobacco, cigar box and anise on the nose. The aromas give rise to a plush palate with flavors of bramble fruit, savory herbs, earthy minerality, and sweet baking spice, that lay over the silky fine-grain tannins and seamless texture.

This wine is drinkable upon release but will gracefully age for the next 10 - 15 years. Pair with beef, pork, charcuterie, roasted chicken and firm savory cheeses.

Only 280 cases produced.
