The Collection:

2021 Pinot Gris
Our go-to white wine for seafood. Enjoy with fresh Dungeness crab, grilled salmon, marinated shrimp or other light fish with a citrus or miso glaze. Also, enjoy with poultry such as pesto baked chicken or Thai chicken lettuce wraps, seasonal salads and medium cheeses.

2021 Riesling
Perfect as an aperitif or as an ideal pairing to spicy Asian dishes, seafood and rich cheeses. This wine is versatile enough for dessert pairings like fruit cobblers or moist oil olive pound cake.

2021 Estate Pinot Noir
This wine will pair beautifully with traditional Pinot Noir dishes including cedar plank grilled salmon, Oregon lamb lollipops, duck breast with fruit compote, herb-crusted pork tenderloin, mushroom risottos and aged cheeses. 

2021 Estate Chardonnay
Enjoy with rich seafood dishes including shrimp alfredo, crab stuffed lobster tail, creamy potato dishes, fall soups including curry butternut squash and spiced pumpkin and medium cheese like white cheddar or havarti.

2020 Tualatin Estate Chardonnay
Enjoy with rich quiche recipes like bacon and leek where the brightness of the wine will bring balance to the food, creamy seafood dishes like crab ravioli or seafood florentine, fall soups and creamy cheeses.  

2019 Bernau Block Pinot Noir
Roasted turkey with all the fixings, stuffing, mashed potatoes and cranberry sauce. Venison with caramelized carrots, mushroom ragù over polenta with shaved white truffle.
