2019 Griffin Creek Cabernet Franc

For more than two decades we have been working with the Moore family, dedicated growers crafting the highest-quality wines from their Rogue Valley vineyards since 1996. With temperatures similar to France's Bordeaux or Rhône regions, this area is an emerging Oregon region.

On the Nose: Savory scents of red fruits, anise, clove, tobacco leaf and hibiscus flower offer a complex nose.

On the Palate: Featuring fine-grain tannins that enhance the texture of the wine and balancing acidity, the palate offers flavors that mirror aromas with the addition of bergamot tea and cedar.

Food Pairing: Rack of lamb with grilled sweet potatoes, pulled pork sliders with pickled red peppers and Mediterranean farro salad with the option of added salmon.
