Cuvée translates to Vintner’s Choice. This wine was specially blended from barrel lots from our AVA Series vineyard sites to create a wine displaying the uniqueness of the individual appellations, while coming together to showcase Willamette Valley Pinot Noir.
On the Nose: Dark garnet color with aromatics of baking spices, raspberries and boysenberries.
On the Palate: An earthier, spicier Pinot Noir that has flavors of white pepper, roses, hibiscus and cranberries. Medium-bodied with a silky palate, structured backbone and round finish. Offering a silky palate with a structured backbone and round finish.
Food Pairing: Enjoy with grilled meats such as smoked duck breast and pork tenderloin, rich poultry like chicken marsala and turkey or wood-fired flatbread topped with oyster mushrooms, fig, prosciutto and ricotta.
