Our Tualatin Estate Vineyard rests in the foothills of the Oregon Coast range and is one of the oldest plantings in Oregon, planted in 1973 by Oregon wine pioneer Bill Fuller. The unique Laurelwood soil profile at the Tualatin Estate Vineyard contributes to the complex nature of the wines.
On the Nose: The bouquet opens with notes of lemon crème, poached pear, custard, baking spices and florals. The nose creates immediate interest with its complex and elegant profile.
On the Palate: The palate entry is round with luscious flavor development of quince, pineapple, golden apple and caramel. Balancing acidity creates freshness to continue to carry the flavors long beyond the sip offering beautiful length on the finish.
Food Pairings: Pair with lobster bisque, clams in saffron broth, baked or fried chicken or turkey, chicken pot pie, cream-based pastas, butternut squash risotto and shortbread cookies.
Peak Drinkability: 2020 - 2027.
