2018 Pambrun Cabernet Sauvignon
Our signature wine, sourced from the acclaimed Seven Hills Vineyard, Summit View, LeFore Vineyards and the first crop from Pambrun Vineyard.
On the Nose: Featuring aromas of black currant, cassis, mulberry, minerality, pepper, herbs and dark chocolate.
On the Palate: This richness of this wine is striking, a bold mouth-filling experience with dense layers of blackberry, anise and wood spice flavors. Structured, firm and chewy tannins lead to a long, persistent finish.
Food Pairings: This wine pairs well with beef, lamb, wild game, roasted duck and firm savory cheeses.
