2017 Pambrun Chrysologue

Our Chrysologue is a beautiful blend of the highest quality Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot grapes from the acclaimed Seven Hills Vineyard and Summit View Vineyards. 

On the Nose: Our Bordeaux-style blend offers an inviting nose of dark fruit, caramel, dark chocolate and sweet tobacco.

On the Palate: A beautifully focused palate offers tremendous length and concentration while featuring an abundance of lush fruits, dried herbs, graphite and woodspice. The mouthfeel is round and the wine is structured by balanced acidity and robust yet refined tannins.

Food Pairings: The earthiness of this wine pairs well with beef with herbes de Provence, roasted duck and rich tangy cheeses.
