This inaugural vintage is crafted using méthode traditionnelle and sourced from estate-grown Pinot Noir. The wine was aged for seven months in neutral barrel and stainless steel, then aged 23 months on its lees to develop added complexity before being disgorged.
On the Nose: A fresh and elegant sparkling rosé with radiant salmon color, fine and persistent mousse and subtle aromas of apricot, peach, strawberry and vanilla.
On the Palate: Evolving to red fruit and citrus notes on the palate, the wine offers a creamy texture, elegant structure, persistent length and balancing acidity for a zesty finish.
