For more than two decades we have been working with growers Don and Traute Moore, crafting the highest-quality wines from their Rogue Valley vineyards since 1989. With temperatures similar to France's Bordeaux or Rhône regions, this area is an emerging Oregon region.
On the Nose: Boysenberry, currant, cassis and vanilla emerge on the highly perfumed nose and elegantly lead to a palate filled with dark fruit flavors and baking spices.
On the Palate: Full-bodied, bright and balanced, the tannins are fine grained and integrated all creating a smooth, graceful sip.
Food Pairings: Enjoy beef tenderloin with French onion au jus, slow cooked short ribs in red wine sauce, portobello mushrooms and molten dark chocolate cake.
