For more than two decades we have been working with growers the Moore family, dedicated growers crafting the highest-quality wines from their Rogue Valley vineyards since 1996. With temperatures similar to France's Bordeaux or Rhône regions, this area is an emerging Oregon region.
On the Nose: Garnet in color, the wine opens with aromatics of plum, blueberry, blackberry, vanilla and cedar. Flavors run the spectrum of red and black fruit with layered earth and spiciness of clove, cassis and anise.
On the Palate: The lush, full-bodied mouthfeel has seamless, soft tannins, balancing acidity and considerable length to create a harmonious blend of interest and structure.
Food Pairings: Marinated flank steak, braised pork with blackberry sauce, garlic and rosemary crusted lamb, stuffed mushrooms and dark chocolate desserts.
