For more than two decades we have been working with growers Don and Traute Moore, crafting the highest-quality wines from their Rogue Valley vineyards since 1989. With temperatures similar to France's Bordeaux or Rhône regions, this area is an emerging Oregon region.
On the Nose: Deep purple in color with aromatics of blackberry, plum and vanilla.
On the Palate: This inky wine delivers flavors that mirror aromas with the addition of Asian five-spice and dark chocolate. Medium-bodied with integrated tannins and a tangy, bright acidity.
Food Pairings: Enjoy with marinated flank steak, five-spice chili, chicken drumsticks with fish sauce and carne asada or adobo street tacos.
