2018 Estate Chardonnay
Classic "Willamette Valley style" Chardonnay. Gold in color, Meyer lemon, orange blossom and vanilla custard fill the glass and are accented with notes of minerality.
Pairs with steamed mussels, shrimp and grits, grilled halibut with peach salsa, caesar salad, Oregon salmon cakes and soft cheeses.
2019 Estate Rosé of Pinot Noir
Aromas of juicy strawberry, watermelon and peach and accented by floral honeysuckle. A vibrant palate of nectarine, red cherry, tangerine, tropical papaya and vanilla creme.
Pair with salmon sliders, ahi tuna, bruschetta and fresh summer salad.
