2025 Holiday Pambrun Trio Collection

Sourced from our plantings on the Oregon side of the Walla Walla Valley, the Pambrun Trio tells the story and heritage of Founder & CEO Jim Bernau's ancestors, Pierre and Kitty Pambrun, who operated the Nez Percés Trading Post for the Hudson's Bay Company in 1832. Pierre became Walla Walla’s First Citizen, ushering in a time of peace and commerce in the Columbia Basin.

About the wines:

2020 Pambrun Cabernet Sauvignon
The velvety red color of the wine indicates a warm vintage, careful selection of grapes and diligent extraction during the fermentation process. A pleasant mix of sweet and spice aromas originating from the fruit and barrel include cherry, nutmeg, cinnamon and black olive. The balanced weight of the wine is felt on the palate with great tannin structure and alluring flavors. You may taste black cherry, pomegranate molasses, white pepper and capsicum framing an excellent red wine with bright red fruit and rich barrel notes. Grown in the Walla Walla AVA.

2022 Pambrun Malbec

This Bordeaux-style blend offers a layered nose of currant, black cherry, cola, cassis and caramel. The palate is characterized by powerful structured tannins, balancing acidity and concentration that indicate age-worthiness, and flavors of dark fruit including plum and boysenberry, graphite, bergamot, dark chocolate and florals. Grown in the Walla Walla AVA.

2020 Pambrun Merlot
Deep scarlet colors layer the wine's luxuriant body. Notes of herbs, cigars, tobacco and slate entice the nose. Sweet aromas of roasted coffee and cardamom celebrate the time in French oak. On the palate are dark fruit flavors, rich blackberry and cherry. The wine exceeds expectations with a lush body and balanced tannins. Grown in the Walla Walla AVA.
