2021 Signature Cuvée Pinot Noir

An illustration of the art of blending, the Signature Cuvée is selected from the finest barrels sourced from our original Estate Vineyard, Elton Vineyard and Tualatin Estate Vineyard. Dark hues of garnet and ruby line the glass. Soft and alluring aromas of blackberry, dried cranberry, boysenberry and toasted oak entice the nose. Juicy notes of cherry, red currant, forest floor and cedar box develop from the wine's natural grape flavor and barrel regimen. Grown in the Willamette Valley AVA.

2023 Elton Chardonnay
91/100 - Paul Gregutt

Gold straw in the glass, the nose abounds with sweet fruit aromas of golden apple, pineapple and lemon curd, with hints of brioche, vanilla and honeycomb from time on lees. Generous flavors of marzipan, butterscotch, candied lemon and honeydew carry on the palate with a lingering finish. Grown in the Eola-Amity Hills AVA.

2021 Pambrun Chrysologue

This Bordeaux-style blend offers a layered nose of currant, black cherry, cola, cassis and caramel. The palate is characterized by powerful structured tannins, balancing acidity and concentration that indicate age-worthiness, and flavors of dark fruit including plum and boysenberry, graphite, bergamot, dark chocolate and florals. Grown in the Walla Walla AVA.
