This exceptional Pinot Noir is sourced exclusively from the Kittyhawk Vineyard in the Salem Hills and is available in Revino reusable bottles. It emphasizes the importance of sustainability and maintaining a balanced ecosystem in winemaking. This wine also honors our partnership with the Cascades Raptor Center, which helps release rehabilitated birds of prey into our estate vineyards. These barn owls, kestrels, and hawks promote biodiversity and provide natural protection against damaging rodents, eliminating the need for harmful pesticides and poisons.
On the Nose: Our inaugural vintage sourced from Kittyhawk Vineyard opens with alluring aromas of black truffle, black cherry and rose petals.
On the Palate: The palate reveals vibrant flavors of cherries, ripe pomegranates and raspberry along with dried sage and cinnamon. Bright acidity and smooth, supple tannins lead to a lingering finish.
Food pairings: Enjoy with savory char siu (Chinese BBQ pork), pepperoni wood-fired pizza, gourmet burgers or salmon.

About Willamette Valley Vineyards:
Founded in 1983 by Oregon native Jim Bernau with the dream of creating world-class Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley Vineyards has grown from a bold idea into one of the region’s leading wineries, earning the title “One of America’s Great Pinot Noir Producers” from Wine Enthusiast Magazine. Our approach is to grow, by hand, the highest quality fruit using careful canopy management and create wines that are truly expressive of the varietal and the place where they are grown. Stewardship of the land is fundamental to our winemaking and all of the vineyards have been certified sustainable through LIVE and Salmon-Safe programs since 1997.
