2017 Pambrun Cabernet Sauvignon
Our signature wine, sourced from the acclaimed Seven Hills Vineyard and neighboring Summit View Vineyard.
On the Nose: Displaying alluring aromatics of plum, black currant, espresso, savory herbs and sweet cassis underpinned by a backbone of graphite minerality.
On the Palate: A firm yet polished mouthfeel leads with layers of cherry, raspberry, earth, anise, dark chocolate and woodspice flavors. Robust tannins and balanced natural acidity create a powerful finish and indicate ageworthiness.
Food Pairings: Pair with beef, lamb, wild game, roasted duck and firm savory cheeses.
