2016 Fuller Pinot Noir

2016 Fuller Pinot Noir

The intriguing nose showcases fruit from red cherry to cranberry and blackberry along with earth and baking spices. The palate is dense with a jammy fruit middle and flavors of sandalwood, forest floor, tobacco and minerality. Elegant and poised with velvety tannins, lifting acidity and ample length on the finish. Peak drinkability: 2019 - 2028.

Food Pairings: Pair with Fig Pate, Pork Tenderloin with Seasonal Dried Fruit, Cherry-Braised Lamb Shanks, Cassoulet and Beef Bourguignon.
