2016 Chehalem Mountains AVA Pinot Noir

2016 Chehalem Mountains AVA Pinot Noir

Our 2016 AVA Pinot Noir Series represents the different areas within the Willamette Valley American Viticulture Area including Chehalem Mountains, Dundee Hills, McMinnville, Ribbon Ridge and Yamhill-Carlton. Made with the same winemaking techniques, these wines express the terroir of their unique vineyard sites.

Delicate aromas of cranberry, tart cherries, earth and florals wrap around a silky medium-bodied palate expressing flavors of black cherry, loam, rose petal and a hint of smoke. Elegant with supple tannins and juicy acidity, the finish is bright and lingering with a burst red fruit.

Food Pairings: Classic Oregon Pinot Noir dishes including mushroom risotto, grilled salmon, lamb and roasted root vegetables.

Peak drinkability: 2019 - 2026.
