Our 2014 AVA Pinot Noir Series represents the different areas within the Willamette Valley American Viticulture Area including Chehalem Mountains, Dundee Hills, McMinnville, Ribbon Ridge and Yamhill-Carlton. Made with the same winemaking techniques, these wines express the terroir of their unique vineyard sites.
The McMinnville AVA Series Pinot Noir presents a masculine nose of blackberry, smoke and minerality that match the palate entry that expands to include cranberry and forest floor. Persistent tannins and balancing acidity lead to a robust wine.
Food Pairings: Can hold up to the richness of red meats include NY Strip Steak, Beef Wellington and leg of lamb. Also enjoy with mushroom ragu and Gouda.
