About the wines:

2021 Bernau Estate Pinot Noir

Tasting Notes: Our Dundee Hills single vineyard designate presents scarlet hues. Fruit notes and barrel toast intrigue the nose, moving from cherry cola to black tea and anise. Abundant aromatics of boysenberry and cherry mirror red fruit flavors on the palate. Bright flavors of the Pinot Noir grapes are offset with barrel toast of cedar and vanilla

2019 Elton Chardonnay

Tasting Notes: Vivid and graceful, the wine opens with a nose of apple, citrus, melon, white peach and hay that moves into flavors of lemon, lime zest, golden apple, ginger and minerality on the palate to complete the sip along with well-balanced, lively acidity.

2019 Pambrun Cabernet Sauvignon 

Tasting Notes: Featuring a perfumed bouquet of boysenberries, violets, tobacco leaf and minerality, the smooth mouthfeel releases dense layers of flavors including blackberries, dried herbs, anise and cedar. Fine-grained, bold tannins and balancing acidity give ample power, structure, energy and finish to create a memorable profile.
