2016 Appellation Cuvée Pinot Noir

Pinot Noir reaches its full potential in the cool-climate of the Willamette Valley. In this climate, the grape is able to fully express its complex personality. This wine was specially blended from barrel lots from our AVA Series vineyard sites to create a wine displaying the uniqueness of the individual appellations, while coming together to showcase Willamette Valley Pinot Noir.

On the Nose: With a nose of sweet, dark and jammy fruit accented by cedar and baking spices of vanilla, cinnamon and clove.

On the Palate: The wine is expansive offering a full-bodied and bold profile with structured tannins and balancing acidity.

Food Pairings: Enjoy grilled meat dishes such as smothered filet mignon, smoked duck breast, savory beef stew and blue cheese turnovers with hazelnuts and root vegetables.
