Willamette Valley Vineyard's Executive Chef DJ McIntyre, a longtime champion of Oregon truffles, and Oregon Truffle Festival Culinary Director Charles Ruff will prepare a multi-course truffle feast at the height of Oregon truffle season, each course showcasing the allure and complexity of Oregon truffles. Courses will be carefully paired with wines from Willamette Valley Vineyards, highlighting the harmony of Oregon terroir in both wine and truffles.
