Please join us for a Pairings Dinner at the Estate featuring fresh Northwest seafood. Our four-course wine dinner includes Smoked Oysters paired with 2017 Bernau Estate Blanc de Blancs and a decadent Steak Oscar paired with 2018 Bernau Estate Pinot Noir (see full menu below).

The cost to attend is $420 per four-person private table, or $380 for Club Members and Owners. Reservations are all-inclusive and include a $10 wine credit per person to use on your favorite wines of the evening. We'll gather at 6:30 pm with a welcome pour and you'll move to your dinner table at 7 pm.
