This inaugural vintage is crafted using méthode traditionnelle and sourced from estate-grown Pinot Noir. The wine was aged for seven months in neutral barrel and stainless steel, then aged 23 months on its lees to develop added complexity before being disgorged.
Fermented from free-run juice from uncrushed Pinot Noir clusters, this rosé achieves a lovely color, aroma and juicy flavor during the Whole Cluster process.
Founded in 1983 by Oregon native Jim Bernau with the dream of creating world-class Pinot Noir,
Willamette Valley Vineyards has grown from a bold idea into one of the region’s leading wineries, earning the title “One of America’s Great Pinot Noir Producers” from Wine Enthusiast Magazine.
