Salem Hills Wine Locker Agreement

 This form to serves as a lease agreement between Willamette Valley Vineyards (Lessor), and (Lessee), 

Hereby and as follows: 

1. Service & Rates 

A. Each individual locker holds 12 standard-size wine bottles (750ml) and is fully temperature controlled to promote the best wine storage conditions. 
B. Locker will have a personalized name plaque of the Lessee placed on the front. 
C. Lessee’s locker contents are available 7 days a week during business hours. 
D. Keys to lockers will be held by Willamette Valley Vineyards management team on-premises. 
E. Lockers are leased on a 12 or 24-month basis. Lessee will be billed in full at the time of purchase. Rates are $300 for a 12-month lease and $500 for a 24-month lease. The contract will renew automatically on the terms of the original agreement unless terminated. Automatic termination will occur for nonpayment at renewal. 
F. If a member wishes to terminate their lease before the date listed on the contract, no refunds or prorates will be honored. 

2. Terms 

A. Lockers shall house only wine made by Willamette Valley Vineyards. 
B. Locker members will have 14 days to pick up wines from their lockers after the termination of their lease. If wines remain in the care of Willamette Valley Vineyards after 14 days, the wine will be shipped to the lessee and the cost of shipping will be billed to the lessee. 

3. Liability 

A. Lessor will not be responsible or liable for any damage, regardless of the cause thereof to the goods stored. Wine is stored at the Lessee’s sole risk of loss. 
B. Lessee acknowledges that the Lessor’s insurance is not intended to and does
not cover any goods stored in the locker
