Elegant bubbles and a fine mousse reflect bright rose and salmon colors. Sweet strawberry and starfruit complement gentle aromas of rose petal and watermelon. Flavors of grapefruit, candied lemon peel, lychee and golden raspberry on the palate are balanced by fresh acidity and a medium body. The time on lees accentuates the richness and zesty finish.
