Tasting Notes: Garnet in color, the wine displays alluring aromas of dark chocolate, bramble, lavender, cola and cinnamon. The fresh palate of dried sage, cherry tart and white pepper frames a lush, full-bodied mouthfeel with integrated tannins and a lingering finish.
2022 Griffin Creek Cabernet Franc, Rogue Valley
Tasting Notes: The profile is fresh, herbaceous and fruit-forward, with aromas of green bell pepper, black cherry, pomegranate and white pepper. Notes of vanilla, marionberry and red cherry developed in the barrel complement the warm flavor of raspberry liqueur and fresh tannins. This full-bodied wine will continue to balance with time, aging for ten or more years.
