Tasting Notes: Ruby in the glass, with barrel and fruit aromatics of red fruit, dried herbs, cinnamon and cedar. A fresh palate is enlivened with flavors of orange peel, cranberry, raspberry and new leather. Bright acidity and fresh tannins mingle for a lingering finish.
2024 Elton Chardonnay, Eola-Amity Hills

Tasting Notes: Bright straw in the glass, this wine opens with floral aromas of lilac and honeysuckle layered with pineapple, kiwi, starfruit and lemon. The medium-bodied palate reveals pear and green apple alongside notes of meringue, vanilla cream, shortbread and walnut. Bright acidity balances the wine’s warm, rounded texture, carrying through to a long finish.
2021 Pambrun Cabernet Sauvignon, Walla Walla Valley
Tasting Notes: Crimson in the glass, the wine shines with alluring aromatics of crushed herb, black currant and red clay. The French oak barrels add flavors of toasted oak, dark chocolate and fresh espresso. Time in the barrel creates a fruit-forward finish with lively tannins and the potential to age this bottle for years to come.
