A complex blend of varietals from the Walla Walla Valley, the wine opens with sweet and savory aromas of blackberry, black plum, cedar and clove. Full-bodied with fresh tannins and balanced acidity, the palate offers fruit-forward and subtle barrel notes of dried blueberry, elderberry, graham cracker and herb de Provence. This wine may age up to ten years.
52% Cabernet Sauvignon, 27% Syrah, 10% Merlot, 7% Cabernet Franc, 4% Petit Verdot
2020 Pambrun Chrysologue
Our Cabernet-dominant, Bordeaux-style blend offers a complex nose of balanced fruit, terroir and barrel notes. This wine uses warm-climate grapes from the premier area of the Walla Walla Valley. The deep red hues of the wine lend to aromas of black currant, spice, olive and leather. The composition of the wine balances distinct flavors of cherry torte, vanilla and hazelnut in relation to the barrel notes of cigar box, leather and spice. As you sip, you are left with a smooth palate and lingering tannins.

2022 Père Ami Umpqua Valley Blend

A blend of Syrah, Tempranillo and Merlot, the nose offers aromas of violets, cranberry, anise, potpourri and boysenberry. The wine’s complex flavor profile includes fruity, earthy notes of black cherry, black tea and baking spices, alongside tart counterpoints of raspberry, pomegranate and black currant. This full-bodied wine has firm tannins, balanced acidity, and an incredible finish.
