Sourced from the Hannah Vineyard adjacent to Tualatin Estate, this site is protected by coastal mountains making this area warmer and drier than the rest of the Willamette Valley.
On the Nose: Ruby in the glass, with barrel and fruit aromatics of red fruit, dried herbs, cinnamon and cedar.
On the Palate: A fresh palate is enlivened with flavors of orange peel, cranberry, raspberry and new leather. Bright acidity and fresh tannins mingle for a lingering finish.
Food Pairing: This wine pairs best with acid-driven sauces and slightly salty dishes, including tangy vinegar chicken with dried cranberries and orange, or butternut squash ravioli in sage olive oil.
