2023 Vintage 50 Chardonnay
Celebrating Bill Fuller’s milestone 50th vintage in Oregon, our 2023 Vintage 50 Chardonnay is crafted by Bill from his favorite blocks at Tualatin Estate Vineyard using his traditional techniques.
On the Nose: Light gold in color, fruit and barrel notes on the nose lead to aromas of honeysuckle, apricot, lemon meringue and vanilla bean.
On the Palete: Fresh citrus flavors develop further into golden apple, guava, nectarine and candied ginger on the palate. The lingering finish highlights the wine’s excellent complexity.
Food Pairings: Serve with savory dishes such as creamy Dijon chicken, manila clams, butternut squash and lightly sweet desserts like French apple tart.
