Domaine Willamette 2017 Extended Tirage Brut
Domaine Willamette is dedicated to producing the highest quality sparkling wines. Our Extended Tirage Brut is crafted from estate-grown Pinot Noir and Chardonnay using méthod traditionnelle where the wine goes through secondary fermentation in this bottle.
On the Nose: Deep gold in the glass, a color achieved after years in tirage. Pronounced aromas of brioche, graham cracker and vanilla bean lead to baked apple, lemon zest and spruce on the nose.
On the Palate: Flavors of lemon meringue, green apple and pineapple on the palate linger with a fresh finish.
Food Pairings: Spicy foods, fried chicken with waffles, patatas bravas or seafood like Bordeaux-style fish gratin (poisson à la Bordelaise).
