For more than two decades we have been working with the Moore family, dedicated stewards growing the highest-quality wines from their Rogue Valley vineyards since 1989. The Rogue Valley is an emerging Oregon region with temperatures similar to France's Bordeaux or Rhône regions.
On the Nose: Deep ruby with aromas of plum, black cherry and molasses.
On the Palate: The palate reveals blackberry, cassis and dark chocolate with balanced acidity and lingering spice, showcasing the warmth and richness of the Rogue Valley. Drink now or age for up to ten years.
Food Pairings: Delicious with rich meats in savory sauces, like pot roast or grilled Tuscan flank steak. For a vegetarian pairing, enjoy with wood-fired flatbread topped with mushrooms.
