2025 Estate Rosé of Pinot Noir
Sourced from our sustainably-farmed Estate and Tualatin Estate Vineyards, the grapes were gently whole cluster pressed and fermented in stainless steel to deliver expressive aromas and flavors with a crisp, dry finish.
On the Nose: Brilliant pink in the glass, the wine reveals aromas of hibiscus, Rainier cherry, minerality and rose petals.
On the Palate: The palate mirrors the nose with additional flavors of watermelon, strawberry, cranberry and lemon verbena. This Rosé has a light body, fresh acidity and a lingering finish.
Food Pairings: Enjoy with a range of cuisine, including fresh seasonal salads, spicy Thai dishes, salty beurre blanc scallops and charcuterie boards.
