2023 Fuller Pinot Noir

Tualatin Estate Vineyard rests in the foothills of the Oregon Coastal Range and is one of the oldest plantings in Oregon. It was planted in 1973 by Oregon wine pioneer Bill Fuller. The unique Laurelwood soil profile of the vineyard contributes to the complex nature of the wines.

The result is a Pinot Noir that is vibrant, balanced and highly versatile for food pairing.

On the Nose: Deep red in color with rich, dark fruit aromas of blackberry, blueberry and cherry alongside black tea, baking spice and sweet tobacco.

On the Palate: The tannins are refined, balancing the bright acidity and terroir-driven palate of mushroom, forest floor, raspberry and orange peel.

Food pairing: Pair this release with savory dishes and grilled meats, such as Hāngī lamb and root vegetables or caramelized pork and rice, as well as wild mushroom ravioli.
