2021 Vintage 48 Chardonnay
Celebrating Bill Fuller’s milestone 48th vintage in Oregon, our 2021 Vintage 48 Chardonnay was crafted by Bill from his favorite blocks at Tualatin Estate Vineyard using his traditional techniques.
On the Nose: Light gold in color, the wine opens with aromas of sweet baking spices and toasted oak balanced with lemon curd and pineapple.
On the Palate: Rich barrel notes and elegant honeyed apricot flavors are framed by a light body and fresh acidity.
Food Pairings: Pair with rich and delicate dishes, including fish and chips, Manila clams, butternut squash, chicken fricassée, brined turkey and soft cheeses.
