2021 Pambrun Cabernet Sauvignon

Our Pambrun wines are inspired by the rich history of the Walla Walla Valley when Pierre and Kitty Pambrun operated the Nez Perce Trading Post for the Hudson's Bay Company in 1832 and Pierre became Walla Walla’s First Citizen.

On the Nose: Crimson in the glass, the wine shines with alluring aromatics of crushed herb, black currant and red clay. The French oak barrels add flavors of toasted oak, dark chocolate and fresh espresso.

On the Palate: Time in the barrel lends to a fruit-forward finish with lively tannins and an opportunity to age this bottle for years to come.

Food Pairings: This wine pairs well with savory and aromatic dishes like churrasco steak, filet mignon with roast peppercorn, lamb and winter vegetable stew.
