Please join us in celebrating the best of spring cuisine at a five-course wine dinner at Bistro Alder on Thursday, April 2nd at 6 pm.
Bistro Alder is a culinary gem at the corner of Park & Alder in the heart of downtown Portland, and is known for its seasonal, classic dishes prepared by Executive Chef Benjamin Waterman.
You’ll enjoy a specially-curated Oregon in Bloom menu featuring pairings like Pork Crepinette with our 2023 Founders’ Reserve Pinot Noir and Seared Pacific Scallops with our newly released 2024 Pinot Gris.
Dinner tickets are $135 per person. Each ticket includes a $50 per-person deposit, which will be applied toward your bill, with the remaining balance due onsite the evening of the event. A 20% gratuity will be added to all food and beverages served at the event.
