2025 Pinot Blanc
Sourced from a small planting at our Tualatin Estate Vineyard, the grape clusters are whole-cluster pressed and aged in stainless steel and neutral oak barrels, providing depth and fullness. Established in 1973 by wine pioneers Bill Fuller and Bill Malkmus, Tualatin Estate Vineyard is one of the oldest and most respected sites in Oregon’s Willamette Valley.
On the Nose: Straw in color, with delicate aromas of elderflower, citrus zest, pear and honeydew.
On the Palate: A velvety mouthfeel and acidity are balanced, creating flavors of grapefruit, gold kiwi, lemon curd and minerality. The medium body is crisp, and the wine lingers with a crisp, slightly off-dry finish
Food Pairings: Enjoy with pasta dishes such as pappardelle or Cacio e pepe and salads like sautéed rainbow chard with parmesan.
