The vineyard is planted in deep volcanic Jory soils on east slopes that benefit from gentle morning sun in the Eola Hills. The wine is named in honor of Elton and Peggy Ingram, who reestablished the homestead farm in the 1950s.

Pambrun Vineyard, located on the Oregon side of the Walla Walla Valley in SeVein, is characterized as a unique microclimate with high elevation and a rugged terroir. Dark pink in color, wth notes of red cherry, red apple, pomegranate and cranberry.

Defined by large cobblestones shaped by the historic flow of the Walla Walla River, the vineyard reflects a distinctive terroir often compared to France's famed Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Brilliant gold, with strong aromatics of apricot, peach, mango, honeysuckle, ripe pineapple and chamomile. Full flavors of peach, nectarine and kiwi.

Founded by Dick and Betty O'Brien in 1983, Elton Vineyard has been praised as one of Oregon's top ten vineyards by Wine Press Northwest and was featured in Wine & Spirits as one of the five key vineyards in the Eola-Amity Hills. This wine opens with aromas of lilac and honeysuckle layered with pineapple, kiwi, starfruit and lemon.

Our Extended Tirage Brut is vinted from estate-grown Pinot Noir and Chardonnay using méthode traditionnelle, where the wine goes through secondary fermentation in this bottle. Flavors of lemon meringue, green apple and pineapple on the palate linger with a fresh finish.

Light salmon in color. A soft bouquet of strawberry, candied cherry, lychee and blossom aromas transitions into a fresh palate of pink lemonade, rhubarb, citrus, pomegranate and shortbread. Dry with a refreshing brightness, the sip carries through to a full, round finish.
