2025 Pambrun Rosé

Our Pambrun Vineyard is located on the Oregon side of the Walla Walla Valley in SeVein, a collection of some of the highest quality vineyard land in the world anchored by the renowned Seven Hills Vineyard, and is dedicated to producing Cabernet Sauvignon and Bordeaux varietals.

An excellent example of Bordeaux grapes creating an alluring Rosé wine. Dark pink in color, with fragrant notes of red cherry, red apple, pomegranate and cranberry. The wine ages in neutral French oak, producing a medium body with lively acidity that draws out raspberry, dried orange, red cherry, sage and lingonberry flavors. Dry and refreshing, with a long, lingering finish.

Food Pairings: Best with light dishes, including summer salads such as sweet and spicy fruit salad and tomato, peach and burrata salad.
