2022 Elton Self-Rooted Pinot Noir

As part of our Oregon mission to dedicate boutique brands on some of Oregon's most intriguing vineyard sites, we created Elton to share the legacy of the vineyard founded by Dick and Betty O'Brien in 1983. Our Self-Rooted Pinot Noir is sourced from their  plantings.

On the Nose: The wine opens with abundant aromas of rose petals, potpourri, fennel, spruce, subtle floral and spice notes, raspberry, black cherry and cola.

On the Palate: Delicious flavors of cranberry, marionberry, dried rosemary and spice create a dynamic profile. The palate is fresh, with young tannins, a medium body and a lingering finish.

Food pairings: Perfect for the holidays, enjoy with grilled lamb or pork chops with a pomegranate sauce, stuffed chicken with mushrooms and leeks.
