Sourced from the Hannah Vineyard adjacent to Tualatin Estate, this site is protected by coastal mountains making this area warmer and drier than the rest of the Willamette Valley.
On the Nose: Bright ruby in the glass with barrel and fruit aromatics of cinnamon stick, star anise, dark cherry and forest floor.
On the Palate: The fresh palate includes strawberries as well as rich notes of dark chocolate, cigar box and leather.
Food Pairing: This wine pairs well with beef bourguignon, butternut squash ravioli drizzled with sage-infused olive oil and steak frites.
